Function/Department Finance
Duties & Responsibilities

Keeping track of all payments & expenditures.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries & comparing system regarding to balances.
Paying vendors by electronic & manual payment system.
Deduction, payment & deposition of withholding tax as per government rules.
Filing of periodic tax filings as per law.
Compilation of stock reports & postings in the system.
Other tasks in relation to the completion of the monthly closing.


Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
At least 2 years’ experience of working in Finance Department.
Proficiency in excel.
Work with a team with strong ability of handling pressure.
Strong analytical ability.
Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of work domain.
A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
